Merchants in Downtown Ellensburg are ready to welcome hundreds of costumed kids with bowls full of candy and treats. Look for a sign in the windows of downtown businesses which indicate participation. The CWU Army and Air Force ROTC will be joining us to provide pedestrian safety at crosswalks.
