Bite of the Burg is a street fair in downtown Ellensburg that welcomes CWU students and introduces them to our community's shops, restaurants, and other services. Bite of the Burg (formerly Wildcat Welcome) is in its 60th year with over 100 businesses and 2,000 students typically attending.
